Child Safety Standards Policy
Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Tawkie is committed to protecting children from exploitation and abuse. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that involves child sexual abuse, exploitation, or harm.

Our Commitments:

-
Prohibited Content
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes images, videos, text, or any material involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context.
-
User Reporting & Moderation
Our app provides tools for users to report abusive or inappropriate content. All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, which may include content removal, user suspension, or reporting to authorities.
-
Content Monitoring
We use a combination of automated systems and human moderation to detect and remove CSAE-related content. This includes the use of industry-standard tools and databases such as PhotoDNA or similar technologies.
-
Collaboration with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations. When necessary, we report CSAE-related incidents to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
-
User Age Restrictions
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We take steps to prevent underage users from accessing our platform.
-
Staff Training
Our staff and moderators are trained to recognize and handle CSAE-related content and user behavior in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
